SASOF Holdings Company, which is an investment arm of Sisonke Association of Friends, was established in 2019. It’s mandate and strategic aim is mainly to acquire, develop and actively manage the investment portfolio of Sisonke and its Enablement Trust’s capital assets.

The Sisonke Enablement Trust
The Sisonke Enablement Trust was established in 2021 and is the sole beneficial owner of SASOF Holdings Company and all of its subsidiaries. The beneficiaries of the Trust are all Sisonke Association of Friends members, that are in “good standing” in terms of its constitution.
